there are 4 men in a mine when the mine caves in
they try to escape through the only hole to the surface
they are stacked up on top of each other
but the one on top is an obese person
just as he gets halfway in of the hole
he gets stuck
the 3 men stacked below start to run out of air
should they shoot him and pull him out of the way
or should they let him keep struggling
knowing they probably will suffocate below him
the dillema is if they kill him
they'll be safe
but they will be put in jail for killing him
if they don't kill him
they will suffocate and die in a few minute
what would you do

safe the 3 men
or let him out and sacrifice the 3 men
